Commercial Office Interiors

This project's focus was on updating an existing office space with new finishes, lighting, and systems furniture within a manufacturing facility and expanding the office area on to an adjacent mezzanine.

Private offices lining the wall separating office space from factory below presented challenges in sound isolation between the two spaces.  Sound-improved glazing systems, and high-STC wall construction proved to be an effective solution for blocking low-frequency noise from traveling into the private offices.

Early coordination with the furniture dealer and space planner, Interior Environments, as well as a thorough investigation of existing conditions and utilities, resulted in a smooth and efficient construction process.
