Elementa Brush Park

In a collaboration with project designer, Bold Studio, Amy Baker Architect is providing construction documentation and project management services as the Architect of Record for a new multi-family development in Brush Park, consisting of 12 townhomes and 4 carriage homes.

Elementa’s emphasis is on homeownership and integrating market rate and affordable for-sale units in a single development. Because ownership is critical to the long-term stability and growth of the city, one of the project’s key objectives is to promote equity and inclusivity through homeownership.
