Beauty Culture MedSpa is a full-service medical spa that quickly outgrew its space in Bloomfield Hills. Property manager Alrig USA engaged Amy Baker Architect to provide permit and bid documents to double the size of the existing tenant suite by expanding into the neighboring space.

A conceptual space plan was provided by the property manager, and Amy Baker Architect was responsible for field measuring, verification of existing conditions, clarifying the scope of work, and demo/new construction plans. Drawings were issued less than three weeks after the execution of the architectural contract.
