In a collaboration with project designer, Bold Studio, Amy Baker Architect provided construction documentation and project management services as the Architect of Record for three new single-family homes in Midtown.

The multi-disciplinary development team consists of designer, architect, neighborhood advocate/developer, contractor, and lender, who have shared interests in design excellence and a respect for a growing city and its neighborhoods.

City Dwell is envisioned as an opportunity for a streamlined path through loan prequalification, land acquisition, financing, and construction of custom-designed homes on infill lots within the city. Homes range from 1200 to 1800 square feet, and offer thoughtful solutions for urban living.
