The Claire

In a collaboration with project designer, Bold Studio, Amy Baker Architect is providing construction documentation and project management services as the Architect of Record for the rehab of The Claire, a multi-family residential building in Detroit's Piety Hill neighborhood.

Having sat vacant for over 20 years, the project's development team, Century Partners, is bringing this 42-unit apartment building back online with masonry restoration and repairs, new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, new windows, and contemporary unit interiors.
