1315 Broadway is located in the heart of downtown Detroit on The Belt, an activated alley with restaurants, bars, and art installations. This historic building is undergoing a full restoration of the exterior and renovation of the interior, led by Method Development.

The enclosure restoration work includes masonry and terracotta restoration, historic street-facing window repairs and installation of historic replica storefront and alley windows, new roofing, and new fire escape.  The interior will be prepped for a future restaurant/bar in the lower and main levels, and commercial office space on the upper floors.
