In a collaboration with project designer, Bold Studio, Amy Baker Architect is providing construction documentation and project management services as the Architect of Record for a new multi-family/mixed use development in the heart of Midtown.

This two-building development features a mix of unit sizes and types with on-site parking and first-floor commercial space. Residential amenities are shared between both buildings and include a fitness center, dog wash, roof terrace, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
